Sando Street Chicago: Musubi

Description:

Spam, tamago omelet, crispy rice noodle, rice paper chip, seasoned nori, furikake, teriyaki glaze. Served on shokupan (Japanese milk bread).

My Thoughts:

This is the most exciting new restaurant I have tried in Chicago. Takes me right back to being in Japan. On my first visit I tried the Musubi, though it was not an easy decision. It turned out however to be a good one because the sandwich was magnificent.
